What are your fees?
Although we’re typically known as a retained firm, our main goal is to build longstanding relationships with our clients, so we are open to contingent searches as well as temporary (payroll) roles and we offer flexible and reasonable fees we’re happy to negotiate based on your requirements.
What is your guarantee?
We stand by our candidates and in doing so we provide our clients with a 90-day replacement guarantee in the rare event things do not work out. However, we recognize that each position is different and we’re happy to negotiate a replacement guarantee that better suits your needs.
What is the process for presenting a candidate?
As a search consulting firm, we take the time to fully understand the needs and requirements of each job. Prior to starting a search one of our Account Managers will work with you to collect all pertinent information related to the job(s) so we can better understand the details of the position(s) and thus better focus on just the right candidates. We do not rely only on job boards and postings. We pride ourselves on old-fashioned head hunting methods. We find the right candidates and actively pursue them, thus bringing you the best talent available. Once a candidate has been identified, screened and tested (if necessary), we submit a detailed summary of the candidate’s qualifications for your review.
What is expected from a client to get the right candidate for a position?
We work with our clients in the spirit of partnership and as such we believe in honesty, integrity and transparency and we look for the same from our clients. We ask for timely and meaningful feedback on presented candidates so we can in turn treat our candidates with the respect and dignity they deserve.
What is the best way to communicate with you?
One of the primary differences you’ll find with ESF Careers is our Recruiters and Account Managers make themselves available to you at your convenience, including evenings and weekends. Our primary goal is filling your jobs and we’ll do whatever is necessary to get it done.
